Clinton McRae Jr. is a parent, retired Navy Veteran, and graduate from Regent University with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. As a Master Trainer Specialist with more than 10,000 hours in facilitation and personal development, certified with Crucial Learning, Arbinger Institute, Shipley Coaching, and facilitating his own materials through Norfolk Naval Shipyard, he is now sharing pearls of wisdom to modern families that want to be successful and have a deeper relationship with their children. To do this effectively, he has written and published his own book entitled, “Parent Leadership for Today.”
