Terminal Objective: Provide the participants the tools needed to increases his/her effectiveness when working with teams in the organization.

· Strategies for overcoming the dysfunctionality

Situational Leadership

Terminal Objective: Provide the participants the tools/skills needed to assess and increase the level of competency of the worker in the workplace.

· Definition of Leadership

· Strategies for diagnosis competency 

Effective Communication

Terminal Objective:  Provide the participants the information needed communicate more effective in the area of relationships and negotiating.   

To accomplish this the following is shared:   

· Highlight the importance of Good Communication

· Discuss Communication Concepts

· Provide some points an tips on how to resolve conflict and successfully negotiate with other
